TEAMability
As the only nonprofit of its kind in South Central Texas, TEAMability is dedicated to offering individualized therapy and specialized services for children with multiple and severe disabilities, all at no cost to families.
In partnership with TEAMability leadership, the Burnam | Gray team has worked to help the organization build capacity by developing a comprehensive fundraising plan to ensure financial growth and long-term sustainability. We provide communications and messaging strategies that support the organization’s vision and offer operational guidance while supporting staff growth.
Burnam | Gray provides one-on-one guidance with staff in creating diversified fundraising strategies, execution of an annual fundraising plan, and board engagement strategies. Our work with TEAMability included positioning them to hire their first Vice President of Philanthropy in support of their long-term expansion and fundraising goals. We were by their side throughout the hiring and on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition between our work and their new full time development staff member.
We also provide individual and regular coaching on social media content, calendaring and strategies, and marketing and messaging support for their events and campaigns.
