MATT FOR
EDUCATION

MATT for Education provides educational services to individuals with limited English proficiency in order to help them provide the support and guidance that their school age children need to succeed. MATT provides programming in public schools and other nonprofits entities such as churches and family learning centers. The Maestro en Casa curriculum is a user-friendly and cost-effective method to equip participants to guide and support their children in the school system.

Burnam | Gray joined efforts with the MATT for Education team to provide the tools and experience necessary to increase capacity in the areas of organizational development and fund development. We are working together to create a fully functioning fund development committee, to develop an annual fundraising strategy with long-term vision and to increase staff capacity through the development of a set of core values, a formal review of job responsibilities and the full implementation of a comprehensive operational planning process designed for individual and organizational accountability.

In order for an organization to grow and expand, it must identify and implement best practices, revisit policies, and regularly tweak procedures – our partnership with MATT for Education helped them scale for organizational growth and long-term sustainability to support the academic success of all children.
