KIPP San Antonio

KIPP San Antonio is part of a national network of free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public schools dedicated to preparing students in underserved communities for success in college and life. KIPP San Antonio is a partnership of parents, administrators, students, and teachers that puts learning first. Everyone in the KIPP family is united around the same goal: college graduation.

As an organization, KIPP San Antonio is growing and expanding to meet demand and they have cast a strong vision with a clearly defined path for growth. Our one-year partnership with KIPP San Antonio helped them develop and successfully execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to ensure financial growth and long-term sustainability so that they can further support their students to and through college graduation.

We provided one-on-one guidance with their staff in creating a diversified fundraising strategies, execution of an annual fundraising plan, and board engagement strategies. Our work with KIPP included helping them build a highly effective fundraising staff team to support their overall capacity.
